With over 25 years experience in flat roofing, Greatwich Roofing is more than qualified in this specialist trade, to give you the best advice whether it be a small repair or a complete re-deck / overhaul of a larger roof.
Traditional flat roofing systems have come a long way in recent years especially with the introduction of elastomeric / sbs modified felts. Modern roofing felts have improved the life expectancy of a felt roof but like all roofing work, the workmanship is paramount to the length of life a roof can expect to have.
Our flat roof specifications normally consist of a three layer high-performance torch on system, although we can still do a traditional three layer hot bitumen specification. We can also quote for a warm roof specification, normally 100mm insulation, which will pay for itself within a few years.
All our roofing work is guaranteed
All our work comes with a written 10/15/20 year insurance backed warranty on completion.
We carry £10 million employers liability insurance and £1 million public liability insurance including using heat.
Competitive pricing on all roofing work
Greatwich Roofing prices are competitive, if you receive a cheaper quote we will always do our best to match it.
