Our flat roof specifications normally consist of a three-layer high-performance torch on system, although we can still do a traditional three-layer hot bitumen specification if requested.
Warm roof options
We can quote for a warm roof specification if requested. These normally utilise 100mm insulation which pays for itself within a few years. Below are a couple of examples of the materials we use:

2mm SBS felt fully bonded by the torch on method - 3rd layer
2mm SBS mineral felt fully bonded by the torch on method
This specification carries a ten-year guarantee.
